ToDo list for the GTimeLog core

The GTimeLog package could certainly use some changes... Most importantly:

  * unit tests! (some are in this package already)
  
  * move TimeLog and TimeWindow to seperate modules (currently we need a 
    dummy 'gtk' package to make the importer happy)
